ON ARRIVAL (VOA)
Beginning February 1, 2004,
the nationals of 21 countries will be able
to obtain a “Visa on Arrival”
processed at the gate of entry following the
payment of an official fee. The citizens of
21 countries and territories eligible to purchase
visas on arrival are: the United States, Australia,
South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Denmark,
United Arab Emirates, Finland, Hungary, United
Kingdom, Italy, Japan, Germany, Canada, South
Korea, Norway, France, Poland, Switzerland,
New Zealand and Taiwan. The citizens of aforementioned
countries must hold a passport with at least
6 months remaining validity at the time of
arrival, present a completed embarkation/disembarkation
card provided by the airlines and pay the
stipulated fee to obtain a visa. Two visa
types will be offered to passengers arriving
at a point of entry where the visa on arrival
facility is offered, US$10 for three days
and US$25 for 30 days. It is advisable the
payment to be made in US dollars cash.
Citizens from the following
countries may enter Indonesia for upto 30
days without payment of the above fees: Thailand,
Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines,
Hong Kong, Macao, Vietnam, Chile, Peru and
Morocco.
Please note that the citizens
of any other countries will be required to
arrange a visa prior to their arrival in Indonesia,
information can be obtained from the Indonesian
Embassy.
