• There will be a surcharge of US $ 30 net per room per night during 15 July – 15 September 2008.
• Applicable to Airlines staff, Travel Agency employees, and Hoteliers traveling together with their immediate family (trade ID is required upon check-in).
• Valid for maximum 5 nights stay.
• Request for airport transfer is at IDR 140,000 net per car each way in a Toyota Kijang Jeep (maximum 4 people in a car).
• Extra bed will be at additional US$ 35 net per bed per night inclusive of buffet breakfast. Extra bed is only for a stay in Deluxe or Grande Room. No extra bed is allowed for a stay in Ayodya Palace Room.
• The rates quoted are inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge already.
